We open online registration for the new year early to mid-summer. Registration remains open until fall classes begin as long as space is available. Your registration is for the full year unless you cancel.
We also re-open registration again in late November and late February for NEW students for any classes that still have space. These students will join the existing students.

Close to the end of each season, families will need to confirm if they plan on participating in the next season keeping their spot in the program. The confirmation date will be sent out via email and families will need to respond to secure their spot.
After the confirmation date, payment for the next season will be processed for the account.
Failure to inform PLAE of the child's withdrawal may result in the family being charged for the full cost of the session. Alternative solutions may be presented but not guaranteed.

We are always interested in bringing PLAE to new locations! If you are interested in having PLAE in your neighbourhood then please contact us with the location you have in mind and the number of children who would potentially like to sign-up.
You can also ask about our parties and camps!

We love structure! A typical class consists of attendance, warm-ups, skill development that relates to one sport, a juice break and a sport specific game and/or cooperative games.
-
A Drop off class is when your child participates independently of their parent or caregiver.
This is a chance for your child to play and learn on their own in a safe environment while making new friends!
-
Of course! Each season your child will progress in their physical, coginitive, values, and social development depending on their skill level.
As your child gets older, the instructions and activities will become more skill-based and complex. Each sport requires an increased level of control and expertise for advancement.
-
Our coaches assess the children in their programs based on what they see during class.
Lesson plans are modified according to the needs of the class and then more specifically to the needs of individual children. PLAE does not provide written evaluations on your child’s progress, will be accessible on your customer portal.
-
Good question! This really depends on the location. If you are in a Parent & Child program then you are a part of the class. If you are in a Child Drop Off class, you can stay back and watch the fun if there is space.
-
Yes! If you register your absence on our Customer Portal, you will be given a “make up token”. You can use this to jump in another class (if there is space) and make up for the class you missed. This can be done through the Customer Portal.
